Very disappointing they are still treating their players like trash even after the split from Actidickision, the rot is deep from within.

My guess is that they have one guy assigned to work on this and he is stuffed in a broom closet in the basement. He's probably having to go through each one of these tickets and posts on an old Dell from 2002 that they found at the bottom of the scrap pile at the back of the storeroom. I have no doubt that they will eventually get around to everyone having an issue, but it could be any time from next month to next year. Try not to lose hope.
