Not even 3 weeks, and all content that is getting me progress is one raid and one 100k per week... with this, not even with 100% good luck in not getting duplicates, it is less than 1 powerlevel per week... so, we are already back at playing just 1-2 hours after weekly reset and quit until next tuesday... wow....

Not yet, not yet. You still need 3x all of the exotics for every class and prefferalby with a good roll on each of them. So keep doing ALL powerful rewards or you'll be stuck with collection aquired crappy rolled exotics for a really long time.

7 답변Luke Smith has turned Destiny 2 back into the watered down bland mediocre game that he wants it to be. Its no surprise we are back at Vanilla status

2 답변To all you guys out there saying Datto influences Bungie's decisions too much, even he commented on how ridiculous leveling past 950 is. He said that that even if you play every week, on all three characters, do all pinnacle activities, and get perfect drops, it would still be impossible to hit 960 before the Season ends.
-
I'll do the raid until I'm tired of it. I'm at 961 with 950 base. So to me I'm already past max level technically. Whatever I reach past 960 is stupid extra and is what it is. If you wanna give yourself tourette's grinding the Pinnacle BS that's on you.

2 답변Yeah... plus running only 1 character to boot makes reaching "max light" completely unrealistic. First time since Day 1 of D1 that max light is something I will not be pursuing. Like most of the changes overall, but this is plain stupid and sucks. Zero reason to play anything but nightfall or raid once you hit 950, so expecting player pop to severely drop ad more casuals hit 950

23 답변작성자: IMADAJ 10/21/2019 7:58:06 AMYou could play patrol for fun. You could play patrols for fun. You could play public events for fun. You could play lost sectors for fun. You could play bounties for fun. You could play strikes for fun. You could play nightfalls for fun. You could play the raid for fun. You could play the menagerie for fun. You could play the forge for fun. You could play the heroic story for fun. You could play the vex offensive for fun. It’s as if people only find chasing power level fun and everything else is nothing but a chore. It’s a game. Have fun playing the activities that you enjoy and skip the ones you don’t. Edit: You could play gambit for fun You could play gambit prime for fun. You could play escalation protocol for fun. You could play the infinite forest for fun.

What ? you are telling me that the only activities where power levels matter (over 950) are the one that rewards with power level over 950 ? More seriously, I may understand that some people only play this game to have the biggest power level (and to show it to other), and bungie should have been more clear, about the (almost ?) impossibility to reach 960. But I see their point : any limit would have either been too far (and more casual players would feel frustrated) or too close (and hard core would be frustrated) ; With a non reachable limit, higher are the best/luckiest, but nobody can be at the top ; Personally, I don't get people who play only for the power level (don't you guys could just have fun playing a game ?) ;

39 답변You need to get 80 perfect, non-redundant pinnacle drops to get from 950 to 960 At two per week, plus four every Iron Banner, it would take months to get to 960. the grind to 960 is a pointless grind. The hard cap is 950 and that's where you should stop.
-
3 답변Man the power level is not the focus of this game. Not even close, and FYI games are meant to be played for fun. If you're not having fun and are quitting after doing weeklies then obviously you aren't gaming right and need to find something else to play or stop playing all together and find something that you actually do find fun.

2 답변Great, another person who burned themselves out grinding all the content currently available in a span of a few weeks is whining about there being nothing worth doing. Go get a personal life, play other stuff, limit the amount of free time you have; Nobody cares if you've peaked because you're not a streamer or content creator. Take the game slow and enjoy it, maybe you'll remember why you liked D2 in the first place.

power isn't the only thing in this game y'know. you can grind for god roll weapons, armor, exotics, and artifact power. your reward for being 750 is being able to grind the hardest nightfall faster in able to get ascendant shards and exotics, you can do the dungeon faster on the day that comes out, and wayyyy more.

I'm 950 now just with normal playing and I agree that the activities to get pinnacle gear maybe are a little on the low side, but I also can not understand that people like you still think getting max level is the only goal of the game. I'm glad I'm 950 now with an artifact bonus of +14. I'm done with the normal leveling activities which consumes a certain amount of time like flashpoints, clan xp, etc. I can focus much more now on completing the Undying seal. Getting the seal is not that hard, but requires a lot of varied gametime which I really enjoy and for all these activities I don't need to be max leveled. The only thing which will be a challenge is the Ordeal 980, but hey as long as I can finish that before the end of the season (december 10th) I would be happy and I'm sure I will be 970+ around that time. To be honest I don't care much about the real slow process of getting higher powerlevel by getting pinnacle gear. Just do a lot of bounties and gain an incredible amount of xp to increase your artifact bonus. And besides I wouldn't be surprised if we will get more activities to get pinnacle gear (maybe the master nightmare hunts tomorrow and the dungeon next week, who knows). The system how it works now is fine. Again people just should stop focusing on max level as fast as possible. You don't even need it for 98% of the activities.

That's what happens, when you care only about numbers.=) I started to play a week ago. And already have 920 or something like it. With artifact bonus you reach power levels even if you do no milestones per week. And 920 are ok for the most common activities in Destiny right now. So, if you mad, that game offer you to play what you want and don't care about leveling anymore...well...it's on your side, friend.
