I have been waiting 16 days now for a resolution to my PC Move issue. I have submitted two tickets with no response, and no resolution. The TWAB added no additional information.
What is going on? Can you please get back to me? It’s been 6 days since my first ticket was submitted.
I am happy to change to a different steam account if that makes it easier. I would just like to be able to play on PC again.
Typically, this issue is caused by you linking to the wrong steam account on your Bungie.net profile, or you are logged into a different Steam account on your PC.
Try doing the following:

2) Log out of Steam
3) Log into Bungie.net with your Steam credentials. Make sure to no use a saved username and password.
4) Verify that you are logged into the correct account by looking at your profile, or your linked platforms in your settings.
5) If your information is incorrect on Bungie.net, this means that you are logged into a different Steam account than is linked to your Bungie.net profile.
6) Log into Steam with the same credentials you logged into Bungie.net with
7) Launch Destiny 2 from Steam
8) Verify that you can see your selected characters[/quote]
If in step 5 you do not see your correct information, you need to figure out what account is correct. That is where your characters and license information is held.
