Season of Undying - Season Pass applied to wrong account

I recently purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition of Shadowkeep on Steam. I opened the game on PC and realized I needed to configure my cross-save in order to use my Guardians from my Xbox One account. So, I went to my Bungie account and setup cross-save and then went back into the game on PC and started playing, thinking everything was fine. I tried to play Vex Offensive with some friends last night but was blocked from playing it because I needed to purchase the Season of Undying. It seems like the season pass was applied to my steam account (which has no guardians created, even) instead of the Xbox cross-save I have always played on. How do I get this resolved so I can actually play the content that I purchased?

  • I literally just did the same thing - I purchased on Steam and started playing last night... then found out I could move my PS4 characters over from a few years ago so I did that and was playing around a bit ago until I realized I don't have the season pass suddenly? I purchased the deluxe edition for $60 last night and now feel like I'm screwed and will have to repurchase ALL season passes? Surely there is a fix for this and a work around coming as we don't seem to be the only ones. @bungie help??
