Izanagi's Burden quest bugged (Black Armory Key mold not obtainable)

The Volundr, Gofannon, and Izanami Forge all rewarded their respective keys upon destroying the Post-1st round drones that appear in each of the Forges.
However, it seems that the Lock and Key quest cannot be completed by the Bergusia Forge's completion with the drones, nor with interaction with Ada-1. She does not give you the quest to obtain the key. I have looked to Reddit and other online sources but they are either out-dated or they are having similar problems. There seems to be virtually no solution to this so far.
Others report that more than one character is unable to obtain the quest or so and so, but that isn't the issue here. It's not that perhaps another one of my characters could have obtained the quest accidentally, it's that *none*, not even my main character which has the Lock and Key quest has any access whatsoever to getting the final key.
Is this a bug, or are my friends and I missing something?
If someone is able to clarify or share their experience on this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

To this day, the quest is still bugged. I spent the entire day doing this quest up until getting the key for the key mold. Upon using the key on the mold, both of them disappeared, thus stopping me from completing my quest any further. I spoke to Ada to see if I could reaquire the mold, but nothing. So in my frustration I turned off my game and got extremely close to deleting it. If there is some way get back the mold other than talking to Ada, I'm all ears.

작성자: No_U 8/7/2020 3:13:07 PM[b][u]Solution[/u][/b] So I had the same problem that most of you guys had. I had the Lock and key box and the quest step to charge the forge. I'd put 3 keys already into the box, however the "Black Armory Key Mold" quest for the Bergusia Forge would not complete and spawn the crate with the key in it, no matter how many attempts. What I did was discard the "Black Armory Key Mold" quest and reacquire it from Ada. It wont roll back your quest progress so you can visit the forge straight after that. I visited the forge again, and this time it worked and I got the key and inserted it into the box and I could finally progress! 3 답변As of July 2020 it looks like it still might be bugged. My friend just got the lock and key quest and couldn't get the key mold from Ada-1. Everything I've seen online said either the last update fixed it for some people and some people are still having a problem.

1 답변It's March 2020, I've been trying to grind the Lock and Key - Unidentified Frame by completing a Rare Ada Bounty, but still haven't been given a crystal... can't get Izanagi's Burden! Bungie please help! Is the only thing we can do here beg for help on a forum while we're still being ignored by Bungie? I'm sure all of us needs this extra support. Thank you.

I can’t get the izanami forge to give me a key ran four times with weapon build twice and twice without. All max temper and a chest open chest nothing and no key in consumables. Quest hasn’t move d either. This is ridiculous just come out and say it’s broke and when you plan to fix

1 답변Apparently in hotfix 2.6.1.1 they “fixed” the bug where the black armory key mold wouldn’t drop on second and third characters. I can say with 100% certainty this is still a problem. Just did 4 back to back bergusia forges with max temper and yielded zero black armory key. Sick fix.

1 답변Question... Can you only get the Black Armory Key Mold after completing the Mysterious Box? Asking because I haven't completed the Mysterious Box, still missing Fishhook Lock and of course the the Black Armory lock is not opened but I do have the Black Armory Key Mold...

8 답변So everyone a heads up before you start it! They did fix it and gave everyone the obsidian crystal for the rare bounty that you need for next part of the quest! A simple message letting people know they had it and it was fixed would have been awesome to know considering how I had no idea it was fixed till after I used it.

1 답변Wow Box quest is still broken i just used the key after doing all of the mold requirements and finally after grinding for those useless crystals and completely doing all required duties I got the key and after using the key the mold And key disappeared from my inventory, but the Black Armory lock opend is still keeping the Mysterious Box closed wtf Bungie I mean at this rate so many people have spent Money on these access weapons for what? Just freakin delete the quest out of your game and make Izanagi purchasable based on Doing Black Armory completion Or just give it to Ada as a purchasable item because this is really unacceptable.

3 답변Hey so At this time I have an issue with a Iziunami Bug, it’s not for the Box but for the next step, So in the step where you have to complete a rare bounty to get an obsidian key me and my fireteam did exactly that, we completed it and got the key but As he held X to consume it, instead of It going into the box it Suddenly disappeared not having us go to the next step, this made us very mad because we did so much just to have the item disappear, if anyone has a way around this please tell me so this won’t happen next time Psn: jetfire177

Please do not tell me I'm going to have to do the bergusia key again when they fix it... -_- Like someone else said, why not just give everyone the weapon at this point? This quest has wasted so much of everyone's time. with bugs alongside having to wait for rotations of forges etc.
