After doing the Battle.net migration to steam, I noticed that not only did my Characters not transfer over, but not all my Licenses did either. I am missing my Forsaken license, which may be the reason why my characters have not appeared in Steam. Who, how and where do we submit a work ticket to rectify this situation. I would really like to continue playing this title.

I am having the same issue. I linked my steam account with my Xbox account (which I originally bought Forsaken on) and Forsaken is unavailable to me on my PC, even though Forsaken exclusive areas like the Tangled Shore and Dreaming city are unlocked. If anyone knows anyone I can contact to resolve this issue, please let me know! Thanks.

I have the same issue (and it is not cross platform, but from PC to PC). I emailed support (no reply), wrote a forum entry - nothing. Dear Bungie: it is really not nice of you, please solve this. I am in no mood to play destiny (cant continue in the Forsaken campaign anyway). I am refusing to buy it again(!)

48 답변Hi there, Have you verified in the PC Migration page that the correct Steam and Battle.net accounts were linked? Players whose Forsaken licenses did not transfer from Blizzard to Steam should retry PC Migration. https://www.bungie.net/7/en/PCMove

And it would be nice if Bungie would acknowledge this problem, instead of telling us to retry the pcmove over and over and over again. @Bungie You have paying customers who have a serious problem with a product you sell. How about you guys honestly look into it and tell us what is up! Instead of leaving us none the wiser for a whole week. This is not the first post about this, nor the last. At first i thought it was the split with Battle.net that made things difficult, and i'd have respected that and been very patient if you would just communicate that, but instead you ignore this rather big problem and keep telling us to retry the stupid pcmove that [b]does not work for us[/b]. We love you Bungie, but you created this problem, how about you get serious about it. I want to buy Shadowkeep and i want to buy the season pass... but i can't do that if you guys don't give me my Forsaken back. #giveForsakenback

5 답변Same with me but i actually have my Chars. I can also eq my Forsaken stuff but it still want me to buy it again -.- And why is there no direct Ticket System? I dont think the community can help me with this Problem in any way. THIS IS STOOPED!!!

1 답변I'm having the same issue, and likely is why my characters didn't transfer either.... but also missing my silver and season pass... not quite happy about this.... when I do the migration it seems only to transfer some not all of the content... I do have the screen shots of before and after and clearly shows the forsaken prior but not transferred.

No characters, no Forsaken license and no silver (I had 1000). I'm just going to start over because I have friends waiting for me... Just, can you move my Forsaken license over? And the 1000 silver if you're able to, but I can't prove I had them and frankly I don't care, not a big loss, but I'd like to at least have Forsaken back so I can join my friends... EDIT > Well after trying the Cross Save page, it worked. I have recovered everything, if you're having the issue still, try spamming Cross Save.

Got the same problem, Forsaken license didn`t transfered...( UPD: Well, after several relogs on Steam, BNet, Destiny 2, commenting several posts, and dozen clicks on "My transfer details" at "PC Move" page i got my "Forsaken" license back. Don`t realy know what triggered that, but it happend. Can see it DLS in game and at Steam`s Library. Stay strong guys.

1 답변I was gonna come back and give this another shot, tried the migration stuff over and over to no avail (shows my characters/ licenses and everything on one page, move to the next and it's all gone). Doesn't seem like support knows what's going on and I haven't seen any responses since this fiasco began,so "I'm Done!" is correct. I'm just gonna uninstall and wash my hands of this company and franchise again. Glad I didn't purchase the new stuff in good faith.
