Back in August, I purchased the Shadowkeep Deluxe Pack through Steam with the intention of having all the season pass rewards when I started to play. I haven't played D2 in a couple months and felt that this would be a great way to get back into the game. Shortly after logging in on Day 1, I realized I hadn't completed my Cross-Save from my old characters I made on PS4, therefore causing the the season pass to be applied to my "new character" account. After looking through the forums, I see that this is something I should have done before logging in for the first time, but is there any way (any way at all) for that season pass to be transferred to my old characters that I originally intended it for?

23 답변Hi. Thanks for your report. Unfortunately, because the Season Pass was applied to your PC characters, you'll have to purchase it for your PS4 characters. We are unable to transfer Season Passes.

8 답변Currently having the same exact issue. I thought I had the cross save already set up so I just logged in and found new character screen. Logged out and activated cross save and I got all the deluxe rewards after completing the first mission but no season pass.

2 답변Got this reply from Bungie personally: "Destiny Player Support has reviewed your request. Season Passes will be applied to the first account that signs in. Once a Season Pass has been applied to an account, it cannot be moved." Thanks Bongo, tell me something I didn't know. Same answers everywhere and totally unhelpful.

1 답변Has anyone seen an official update on this issue? There are so many of us that still don't have the Passes we paid for because of this Cross Save fluke/bug/reset.

2 답변I feel your pain. I did set up Cross Save about a month ago after linking my Steam account, and it apparently didn't take; I had to re-do Cross Save today for some reason. Season Pass mysteriously gone. There doesn't seem to be any way of contacting Bungie directly to resolve this, and it's quite frustrating. I would really appreciate a Bungie employee stepping in to detail how players can attempt to fix this.

I have the same Damn issue, and I'm Angry because I'm not paying $40 for all the season basically when i already bought the Deluxe Bungie needs to Fix this asap I'm loving the game but i did not just pay $60 for my Season Pass not to work
