Riven is extremely close to the top, but for me at least Kings Fall is one of the best. VoG was good when it was only that and Crotas End out, but now I feel as if people say its the best because of the feels they get.

작성자: RANGERX117 9/23/2019 7:28:23 PMI can't because you are right......it had a good balance of fighting and the puzzle. Now the raids are all puzzle first and fighting second. The fight isn't the worry.....screwing up the puzzle is the first concern and that makes for a bad raid. Raids today are: jump on a plate, shot something in order, shoot the glowing guy, slam an orb, do a dance, flash a clan sign, or some other ridiculously stupid thing to drop the bosses shield and then actually fight the enemy and do a DPS phase while he stands in one place being bullet sponge and doesn't move. But remember your Well, nade launcher, lunafaction and supers are too overpowered because the boss will not move so they get nerfed. The best raid loot was VoG though.

Last Wish (non Riven cheese) and WotM are 1-2 on my list. King’s Fall was too buggy. Leviathan based raids were meh. Vault was cool. Crota was ok. I feel that Scourge of the Past could’ve been an epic raid if Bungie had added two more encounters leading up the final boss somewhere in the city.
-
Can’t change your mind. Your opinion is your own. I personally love in order VoG Last wish Kings Fall WotM Leviathan Scourge EoW Spire (never completed) Crota (soloed as Hunter) Crown (never even stepped foot into it)

Vog was my favorite mostly because my friends were really intk the game at the time. We would all get together and run through it. It had so many clutch moments which made it intense and a lot of fun. Especially since my first hard mode run got me vex mythoclast. It was the best before the nerf.

Wrath was the top for Destiny raids. Kings Fall was an ordeal. The second half is great. The first entire half of the raid up until Warpriest is trash and you sont even get a good drop until warpriest.

it had the best platforming imo. But I'm not a huge fan of the oryx fight. It took too long, never letting players improve their time through skill. Most of the fights were just stand here and shoot too, so it didn't have the variety of say wrath of the machine.
-
I wasn't a particularly big fan of the oryx encounter, golgoroth and war priest were fun. Honestly i feel wrath of the machine was better and more enjoyable. Vog does get a lot of points on feels alone since it brings back so much memories and was a great first impression on raids. I know crota isn't regarded as a good raid but i like it. It was fun easy and enjoyable, perfectly doable for first timers yet sometimes challenging for veterans.

7 답변The reason why I hate the raid is because it's where they first introduced RNG for light/power level drops in raid/endgame content. Leading up to that raid, when you ran hard mode whatever dropped was at max level regardless. It was a fun raid, but the level of disappointment at the end ruined the whole thing for me and set the stage for Bungie to introduce another level of arbitrary grind to endgame content.
-
I respect your opinion, but mine's different. 1st Vog. Maybe because was the first. I remeber soon after it came live...lol. We were completely lost..underpowered. But that was fun. Mechanics and visuals aside Vog was special for all it represented. The chase for the fatebringer, vex Mythoclast...the community with people asking and offering help..the eternal chase for the 7th chest...the lore... then the cheeses... pushing him out, 1 man with warlock self res and bad juju ...oh man... Vog won't be forgotten.

1 답변If Oryx ever got fixed I would agree. Sadly, having to go through several full runs just to find out at the end that Oryx glitched out and you have to start over kind of sours my view of that raid. Now personally I think the best raid was Wrath of the Machine. It was fun, innovative, mechanically challenging, beautifully designed, and it had an amazing raid exotic attached to it
-
The feels definitely cloud our views, but kings fall could never be number one. I loved the addition of challenges, but there was too much stand here and dps for my liking. I liked the duck wall obviously, and that you couldn't pick who was torn so everyone had to be ready to contribute, but warpriest dps here then hide, golgy stand here and dps, sisters stand here and dps, Oryx stand here and dps. Vog was cool, crota and oryx are glitchy, wotm was cool but my raid team started falling apart there, leviathan was good but hard mode was crazy in comparison, then there were just lairs and my buddies quit raiding and i haven't finished one since. When they were raised to 390 vog was my favorite, but we also team it mire because of the other guys fella so that night be part of it.

2 답변Way more good times and memories with vog. Those make the experience in my opinion. Now raids are choirs and not challanging.

1 답변작성자: Quaddity 9/23/2019 2:57:36 PMFor me that would be VoG originally and Wrath in Y3. I hated King's Fall honestly. It began Bungie's obsession with balls in raids and Destiny is not a platformer. D2 raids have only completed the original but messed around in the others and didn't like any of them. I'd say King's Fall is better than any of the D2 raids.

VoG was so good because it had simple enough mechanics and difficult enough of a challenge. For me Kings fall was getting into the too mechanic heavy area with the relay beginning sections, the other boss battles weren't that bad but the sisters and oryx were a little too mechanic heavy for me. (still fun though)
