Emblem missing from collections - notice marker cannot be cleared
Hello, recently I have found that I had a new emblem in my collections, but when I go to look there is nothing there... as such the marker will not dissapear?
The emblem is under events section and did appear in my inventory (deleted as I wasn't aware of the issue)... I'm not concerned about the emblem (see below), but I would very much like the marker removed, is there a way I can achieve this??
I think I know what's happened after a bit of research... the emblem received was Forsaken, which is an exclusive bonus; I played on a different PS with the bonus active, so the game thought I was also due to receive it??

6 답변Hi there. Thanks for your report. The Forsaken emblem can only be acquired if you own the deluxe edition of the game. Our records show that you don't own the deluxe edition. Could you provide a screenshot or video of your Collections? An Imgur.com or YouTube video is preferred for us to view this.

1 답변Is it maybe a reskin for a certain emblem? There are emblems with skins for it like the gambit/vanguard/crucible standard emblem can get a reskin i believe maybe its that.

1 답변Hey there! Does the emblem appear in your "Recently aquired" items on the top right above the Badges when you are in the Collections tab? If so, you can hover over it and the marker should disappear. Hope this helps!
