If you tilt your head back it’ll all go down your throat, so if swallowing a ton of blood makes you nauseous just tilt your head forward and stand over the sink and wait, then when it slows down a bit hold your nose shut

I tend to get bloody noses over the sink anyway, cause I’ll be looking in the mirror trying to get a pimple that’s on my nose, and I’ll press too hard with whatever implement I’m using, and one of my nostrils will just start gushing blood. That’s how I know that’s a good place to let the blood drip out.
