        • What I'm taking from this is that steady rounds will now be exactly like ricochet rounds - only granting a stability buff. Handcannon ranges have been nerfed - making Luna's even worse then it currently is (seeing as range affects bullet magnetism to the head). Redrix + Recluse + wardcliff is going to be the new meta on console.

          • Is anything going to be done about the win trading people are doing to cheese there way to nf? So many people are doing it maybe you guys should just give it the broadsword treatment. I mean the gun isnt anything special now after the nerf and now the win trading you guys may as well just do it

              • Here's my summary, though not sure I'm reading this all correctly: Nearly all types were buffed, so a lot basically stays the same. What was relatively/effectively buffed? Autos, bows, and (to a lesser degrees) SMGs vs majors. What was relatively/effectively nerfed? Sidearms (WTF? Come On!) in PVE by getting less love. What was actually buffed? Hand cannons got better range falloff and (seemingly) increased usability related to recoil. I don't see any indication of a range nerf. What was actually nerfed? Machine guns (okay) and pulses (ugh) got worse range falloff. What type(s) might benefit from the above? Though we don't know the numbers yet, possibly scouts because your pulse might do jack at distance now. Not going anywhere, but meh.

                  • I like the buffs but feels like I don't even remember these exotics from my vault. Some of these have been since vanilla and gathering dust since 385 was the cap. 2+ years later they are being buffed. Luke's trilogy gave me the hope that several new exotic weapons will be released to make content challenges more meaningful. I like the buffs but still don't understand why all of this just before shadowkeep. I mean, exotic AR are almost dead and this doesn't look like something like Suros Regime or Hard Light would be main stream again with new buffs. I feel HC will be better on console but I've to see. Overall, not 100% sure what this will give.

                    Best TWAB in a long time. I'm worried about the range nerfs on a few things. Like, I hope it isn't too far in the right direction. And yes. Some things did need a range nerf, especially some pulses and machine guns. I'm actually very pleased with a lot in there.

                      Buff/nerf summary: - Crit damage against minors is being nerfed. - Body shot damage against minors is being buffed. - All damage against majors is being buffed. - Pulse rifle and Machine gun range is being nerfed. - Hand cannon range stat is being nerfed (the stat will be less influential on range, so this is a nerf to high range hand cannons) - 140/150 Hand cannon recoil is getting a buff, this will feel and act like a stability buff. - Exotic buffs are self explanatory. Note: I see no changes to rocket launchers, grenade launchers, and fusion rifles. Shotguns will do less crit damage to minors, which probably won't matter. Quick tips: - Minor Spec on primaries just got better because of the damage changes. - Subsistence might be better than Outlaw now. - Max range Blast Furnace is going to be a problem in PvP.

                      • Can y’all please look at mountaintop? Crucible is getting so annoying of teams just wolfpacking with it the entire match, it’s really sucking the fun out of the only part of this game I enjoy. I feel like I have to sweat almost every match and play to my fullest potential against this loadout that has a high lethality factor but requires only a fifth of the skill compared to my loadout. It’s so frustrating to lose gunfights not because you were vested in skill, but bc they have three more dudes with them spamming one shot grenades. Just not fun anymore.

                          • A bunch of not clear, back and forth buffs and nerfs with few changes to PvP side of things. No mention of recluse, heavy weapons, erentil. Snipers needed more of a buff to major damage. No one uses snipers on a red bar. Disappointed

                              • Is there a reason I haven't played Javelin 4 in days now? Still waiting for it to show up. My favorite map but all I play is the same crap over and over. And a map you should have remove...citadel. and another map that has no business with control....burnout. what a shit show. Come on Javelin!

                              • We all knew there would be nerfs in here. No big. It is what it is. But here's what bothers me... Why do you constantly attack range? Of all things? It makes it so you have to have the perfect roll, max range, to compete, eliminating all diversity that you claim to be after with these changes. I remember this same scenario in D1, and it sucked! I'm so excited to have to get within hugging distance of ads, because of pvp nerfs! WHOOO! Whatever. We'll see on the 1st.

                                • Bungie speaking of the reckoning change .. I think you need to look at tuning individual drop rates .. it seriously feels like outlast drops 80% of the time bug out bag 15% and the last 5% just depends on what tier your playing or if its prime ... Most of the time I'm getting 3 Outlasts to every 1 other drop and this isn't all the time .. but I see Outlast drop back to back alot of the time .. played tier 2 or 3 the other day and all four players got a drop and they were all Outlast except one which was gnawing hunger.. I love that the drops are increased but it doesn't feel like it's made a difference in going after spare rations .. For one Outlast , bug out bag , pretty much all the reckoning primaries have 2 reload perks a combination of feeding frenzy , outlaw , or rapid hit .. spare rations can only roll rapid hit .. and it has so many different perks in each column that linking rapid hit with a damage perk seems to be stretching it so getting the perk you want in every slot or close to that almost seems impossible .. Take out some the perks on spare rations add another reload perk like feeding frenzy .. so at least when the thing does drop we have a somewhat good chance of getting a reload and damage perk .. I'm not sure how many perks Outlast has but that gun literally drops a great roll Everytime ..feeding frenzy with rampage , swashbuckler , or demolitionist.. or outlaw with the same perks .. Ive gotten so many great rolls on this gun but I'd happily give every one of them up for a better ..chance at spare rations ... Honestly at this point I don't even know if want spare rations cause I like gun or cause I've put so much time into it and can't get a good roll .. Do something like a daily drop change .. say Monday Outlast has fifty percent chance to drop more than others .. tuesday spare rations has the higher chance .. it would be nice some of us don't feel like we are completely wasting our time

                                    Range fall off seems to be your answer to pvp. Im glad you're not nerfing damage as the current ttk seems right. Might make me use scouts since i dont like being in shotgun range. Nerf to precision damage, but a buff to body shot. Will I 1 hit body shot enemies? Love the exotic buffs. Sweet business is still overshadowed by huckleberry + catalyst as my spray gun. 12 in the mag for sunshot hallelujah! Graviton lance, is it a scout rifle at this point? Edit: I see festival of the lost on the roadmap. So spooky!
