Solo player here. Love the game and everything in it that allows me to solo. Matchmaking activities are great. However, I absolutely hate the idea of and will never be getting a "fire team" together to run certain non match making activities. This excludes me from many activities that lead to pinnacle and exotic weapons and I am ok with that for now. I also fully understand the psychological and other aspects of why Bungie pushes and promotes fire teams. As a solo player I have my limits on how much content I am excluded from because I choose to play solo. If content exclusion get's to the point that I personally feel the game is just not worth the money for me, then I will begrudgingly spend it somewhere else. I bought the first Destiny on day one and have bought every single expansion from D1 and D2 since then. Love the game but in the end, if Bungie doesn't want my money that's ok. Also just wondering how many other solo's are in the community. Solo...signing out.

They’re adding a solo comp playlist that rewards glory. That’s a lot of pinnacles right there. What else do you want ffs? What other pinnacles are you referring to? Breakneck, hush, wendigo, loaded question, oxygen sr3? You need a fireteam for those? What’s the problem?

I solo most of my stuff. I do nightfalls, shattered throne, crucible, comp, etc... but that's because I dont need anyone else for that. Yes i could go get a group if i wanted. But i dont need one. I'm not excluded from anything. If I want to raid, I need a group, so I go get one. Bungie has given you the tools to find a group very easily. Solo players arent being oppressed. And that's coming from a mainly solo player

You are the one stopping yoruself. Up until July of 2018 I played solo and I did every raid many many times. Just because you don't have a clan or regular fireteam doesn't mean you can't LFG and do non matchmade activities. Nothing is stopping you except for you and Its either because you are too lazy, scared or some other reason you have made to not do that content.

5 답변But....but it’s SOOOO easy to find a team to raid with! Even if you fail a few times you will eventually find a good group that takes you through. Honestly, if you love this game having only played it solo and never have experienced a raid completion or even raid encounter, you don’t know what you’re missing. The best content in the game can be found in raids, for the most part! Give it a try. You CAN be mostly solo and still enjoy things from LFG if you choose to.

I play both I play story content and all that more base easy game content solo. I even went to 2100 solo queuing only But for raids and the higher end PvE I’ll just join a post. It’s really not that difficult as long as you have a mic and know what to do. I see so many posts that allow people with no clears but people still complain about it because some people don’t want noobs.

3 답변The reason i played solo was i have mistrust for other people as I've been treated poorly by people who claimed to be my friends also having anxiety and aspergers syndrome (autism) doesn't help with that either i did have a group of friends that i would play with but they got bored of the game.

1 답변Im primarily a solo player but i dont mind using lfg to get a few things done, the only thing i havent bothered with is raiding because of how mechanically driven they are in d2 vs d1. I also dont really mind missing out on raids im just too lazy to learn the mechanics more than anything lol.

5 답변I usually solo queue (the rare exception is when I play with my 2 best friends) and I agree, I wish there was a option to solo strikes for 2 reasons, 1: to complete certain pursuits/bounties, like headshot enemies etc, it's kinda annoying when people steal your kills 2: to make strikes harder, thus more funner, now yes nightfalls exist but soloing a nightfall is probably really hard

I'm predominately a solo player, but I have no issues putting together a fireteam for endgame content. The only 2 things that don't have matchmaking are nightfall and raids. It's not difficult to find a team or join a clan where you post once every 2 weeks in the discord server and then ask around if anyone wants to do a thing. The reason you can't do matchmaking for those events are 1. Nightfall has the 5 of sword element to it and the fireteam leader decides what it is. If you join in matchmaking, the gear locks and you can't change your gear to work with whichever guardian has their 5 of sword chosen to represent the fireteam. 2. Raids have teamwork required encounters. You can't get 6 people with no mic to finish a gauntlet or do a dogs run, let alone the more difficult stuff like the puzzle lady in last wish. Sometimes you gotta do a full team in party. Nothing to avoid it. Been that way since D1.

10 답변작성자: Milk 9/9/2019 12:23:24 AMIf you have a choice on being included or excluded you're not being excluded. You have all the tools available to you but choose not to use them for some odd reason. This isn't a Bungie issue bud, this is a you issue.

There should be optional matchmaking for ALL activities. Bungie won't do that because they want you to waste your time using 3rd party apps to find people to play with. I've been a long time supporter of Gearbox and will continue that relationship with BL3. They actually value the players time. I'm done with Bungie.

Im pretty used to solo play. I'll watch videos when a new raid comes out or something interesting just popped into the game. I dont fireteam up unless I have to. If I ever feel the need I'll need the fireteam members again, I'll add them as a friend. The problem with a lot of people on this forum is the fact that they refuse to learn anything and try something new. For some, they have extreme social anxiety. I personally get that, but they have to understand the only reason why you ever get kicked or people leave is because A: a teammate is annoying or B: the team isn't capable of completing the task after ~15 tries. But for those without social anxiety, man up and do it. Nothing is going to change if you refuse to do it and complain about it. "I want to do thing but I dont want to learn mechanics or get the weapons to do thing and therefore im not going to do thing." Its not that hard to understand. You either want to get good stuff by actually learning stuff and getting out of your comfort zone, or you go on here and complain about how you cant do thing because you dont want to put time and effort into learning something and expect rewards to be given to you for free.

2 답변Also solo since D1 and I really dont mind being left out and not getting certain things cause I wont play with others. I still have a bunch of freaking fun by myself. If I ever want some raid stuff I'll use the app or whatever but haven't cared thus far. I did in D1 where we had raid exotics quest, if garden of salvation brings a raid exotic with a quest then i'll break my streak of not doing a d2 a raid. Also I'll always be playing destiny solo. With this game until the end.
