As a solo player I adapt I go to the fire team forum and look for a space on someone’s team.

If you are a solo player, and there is nothing preventing you from getting a team other then medical issues, That’s your fault. If you want to play the content get a team. If you are too shy, that’s ok, go play a solo game geared for you.

I had a small group that I would play with some, but yea the majority of my time was solo only. Just curious what your reasoning is.

It’s marketed as a co op game solo players have no right to complain imo

"Exclusion"? I'd say that Destiny is far too inclusive of solo players considering it was supposed to be a co-op shooter...

While I can agree that solo players have their place and I can't blindly argue the game is marketed as a co-op shooter rpg, I understand the plight but at the same time I'm heavily conflicted. So unless you have absolutely no access to either a smartphone or a PC/MAC, there isn't much of an excuse to not find people to play with in non-matchmade activities. The problem is, even if the raid mechanics aren't super complicated, most of the time communication is necessary. However most activities which are solo friendly require little if any communication at all. As for most of the content in the game, I do most of my stuff by myself. I can do a few Nightfalls 100k by myself, which I'll admit is very hard for me, but doable. I know I can at least finish most Nightfalls with base modifiers (burn, buff, one-debuff, no power handicap). Anywho. I won't deny that we should have more lfg options within the actual game. But here on the forums, I can only assume that all these people have access to a computer which means they have access to various lfg apps. Discord being the go to lfg on PC. I honestly don't know what the options are on console, but I'm sure there are plenty of options. As for the poll you've here, I feel it's extremely misleading and most people who look through this thread likely will not vote. I know I won't. Why? Because I enjoy both experiences. I play solo a lot, but I also enjoy finding a fireteam and busting out a few higher tier activities. In the end, and I mean no offence, you're making yourself the victim and then turning around and pointing your finger at Bungie claiming they made you the victim. I know that sounds like I'm trying to antagonize and that's not my intent, but that's how it reads from the OP. Exotic weapon quests should be difficult to attain. They're special and unique weapons. High tier mods from raids should be difficult to attain, a few of them are almost game breaking. But out of all things and I absolutely 100% guarantee you this: Next time you're in game and in the tower, just punch into local chat for help on what you want to do. You may have to cycle through a few lobbies for sure, but you will find people more than willing to hop in with you and help. On a last note, toss a third option up there for those who aren't quite so binary and are willing to hop back and forth between solo and team play and the numbers just may even out a wee bit.

I play mostly solo. But I'm not afraid to dabble in the fireteam section to get my raiding dose. Or if I need help with a specific triumph

i play mostly solo, and its not hard to make new friends with destiny. but i just moved to pc from xbone 1 so time to find some new friends! lol but finding a fireteam for say whisper and outbreak isnt hard, raids have gotten really easy lately so that dont take long either. but nonetheless im sorry to hear you wanting to go. if i may make one recommendation, try shadow keep first see if anything changes and if it still dont work out try going f2p.

u can get all pinnacle weapons solo though.

not sure if i can weigh in as a fireteam endgame player, (although I do most content solo) I started off in taken king with 1 buddy, so any piece of content that couldn't be two manned i was locked out of. (Basically just raids) I desperately wanted to experience the pinnacle content, so my buddy told me about lfg and I hopped in. My first kings fall was a pretty rough experience, but I got it done in two days. I didn't go back to lfg until a year later when wrath of machine came out. Gradually I got more comfortable with lfg to the point that i looked for clans online. Finding a large clan that organized raids frequently, was the best thing for my experience in the game. age of triumph was a blast having raid groups multiple times a week at my finger tips to sign up for.

It is insanely easy to join a clan that is active. I don’t see the problem. Join a clan - have people to play with. Help each other. It’s a community. I used to play solo and the game became way more enjoyable once I joined a group of guardians.

How much can I take of being excluded? What’s me not buying Shadowkeep and buying Borderlands 3 tell yah?
