Lunafaction boots were one of the few warlock exotics that felt like an exotic.
What's next? Crown of Tenpests and Geomags make arc supers too long so they'll change it to not do that anymore?
There is no reason to use, own, or even keep a pair of em in the vault anymore. Another piece of beloved gear shredded for no damn good reason except Bungie hates fun and streamers asked for it.
I hate this game.

That sounds way more fun and intense /sarcasm All they're doing is removing a tool we used to finish their cookie cutter raid bosses faster. They're still cookie cutter raid bosses. You beat one, you've beat all of em. People been one phasing Calus, Argos, and the SOS boss without Lunas or Well since Y1, so you're not even changing those raids. We'll still one phase em with a different broken exotic/super combo (nighthawk/Golden Gun, Geomags/Choas Reach, etc etc) and it won't change anything or even add variety to the game because you're just changing one meta for another and chances are the new meta was probably the meta before this meta was the meta. Destiny 2 never changes, it just rotates the same 3 or 4 things over and over again to keep people like you from -blam!-. Tbh the only thing this changes is LFG will suck more because we can't cover that incompetent 6th who "swears they've done the raid before" but actually never has and dies constantly during final encounters. Used to be you could be nice, pop a well and Lunas, and kinda drag that person through so at least they have a completion. Frankly, I'm gonna be a way bigger dick to less experienced people because I don't want to spend 4 hours repeating final boss mechanics because not everybody has 4000 hours and play this game as though they do it for a living (or in the case of whiny streamers, doing it for a living).

Head ass, Lunafactions isn’t being reworked because of Old content, it’s being reworked so new content isn’t boring as shit and built around wellocks. You aren’t supposed to be one phasing raid bosses every other run, in D1 a 1 phase was something that happened every blue moon, how easy it is to one phase just goes to show how easy everything is now. [spoiler]Also I don’t think Bungie makes their decisions off of what will or won’t make you a dick to lfg casuals[/spoiler]

I agree, but I'm fearful that this is going to cause a nerf chain reaction. I mean, geomags make a good super amazing, almost too amazing. what are bungie going to do when people start running six locks with geomags one phasing bosses? when are we going to be weak enough to make bungies unimaginative boss encounters hard? that is the question that people should be asking.
