You cant cross save from battlenet to steam they are the same platform. Battle net goes away when steam goes live.

bet when i click on Resolve 1 error i get this message that i dont understand You have only a Steam and Blizzard account linked. You can’t Cross Save these two, as they will become a single profile during PC Migration. Please link another account to use Cross Save.

what do not understand? Battlenet and Steam are the same save, you cannot cross save the same save. That is like trying to cross save your xbox to your xbox, it does not work. If you want to use cross save you will need to add a console account to do so, otherwise there is no need for it.
