If you have purchased it via the store then look in your library you should be able to re-download it.
If it has formatted itself it was not shut down correctly.

My ps4 formatted by itself cuz it had too much dust (even I clean it) and too much heat. And I mean the dlc itself not the game. I already have the game I just bought the dlc. now it's gone. thanks for your help.

작성자: ADragonWithin 9/2/2019 3:49:30 PMYou're semi-wrong. Originally, Forsaken required Curse of Osiris and Warmind in order to be purchased and played. Forsaken eventually did start to be bundled with Curse of Osiris and Warmind. Anyone that bought Forsaken ended up with DLC1 and DLC2 one way or another, because either you had to already own them before you could buy it (before the change), or it came with them (after the change). Forsaken came out on September 4, 2018. on October 16th, 2018, the bundling began. So there was about a month and a half in which Forsaken could be bought without DCL1 and DLC2 being included but required. After that, it could be bought with them included. This was only for the individual purchase of Forsaken, as the Legendary and Complete Collections both came with DLC1 and DLC2 anyway.

Let me explain everything. One day, my ps4 formatted by itself. My brother was in another home and he had a ps4 there. he asked me to upload his dirt 4 save file to the other ps4. the save was outdated so I canceled the process. then my brothers ps4 shut down by itself for no reason. he opened the ps4 again and after a few minutes it shut down again. my brother realised that the ps4 would shut down for no reason after a few minutes. he then booted the ps4 to safe mode and tried to rebuild the database. but the ps4 shut down by itself in the middle of rebuilding the database and obviously thats not good. he tried opening the ps4 again but it didn't open. then he took it to the nearest shop. he told the shopkeeper the reason was overheating and too much dust. the shopkeeper said "I can fix it but I cant guarantee you anything. you might lose everything in the ps4." my brother declined it and went back home. he cleaned every part of the ps4, even took out the motherboard and cleaned it. the ps4 was clean and then he opened the ps4. everything was gone. all the games, all the proflies, all the data, everything. after a day we went to visit him. he immediately told me what happened with the ps4. I went to check what happened and nothing was except his main profile and a few games. one of those games was destiny. I opened destiny to see of everything was there. and everything was there. even forsaken. I didnt play for a whole month. when I went to play I opened the ps4, opened destiny and forsaken was gone. curse of osris and warmind was there but I couldn't play forsaken. when I clicked the forsaken logo, it brought me to the store. now I had to buy it again but I didnt buy it. im trying to bring forsaken back now. hope this made you understand. sorry for the paragraph.

You mentioned your brother. Is it possible you were license sharing with one of the accounts on your console and you, yourself, didn't actually own Forsaken on your own account? If that's the case, and you were license sharing, you'll need to speak with whoever actually does own the license and have them set your Playstation as their home console again. - If you are absolutely sure you purchased it, and you do not have the ability to restore your licenses and recover something you very specifically remember purchasing, and it's also not in your download history, then you'll need to contact Sony concerning a missing license issue. Bungie cannot help you with your licensing issue as the Sony Playstation Store and the licenses themselves from it are Sony's property, and Sony is the one that handles that licensing; it's their system that tracks, adds, and removes them. Please contact Sony concerning your missing license that is not showing up on your account.

my brother is the main account of the ps4. we buy every game on his account. I downloaded destiny for free on his account. but I bought the complete collection on my account, cuz I thought that if I bought it on his account he'll be the only one that can play it. but when I bought it on my account, every account on the ps4 could play forsaken including my brother.

Please contact Sony concerning your license missing. Bungie cannot help you with a missing license. It's not Bungie's system and Bungie doesn't have direct access to add/remove/change those licenses. Playstation licenses are entirely Sony.

the same thing happend to me but not on ps4 , i enabled cross save and wanted to play it on pc so i did but when i boot up the game on pc it says i have to purchase the annual pass and forsken aswell , but i have them on ps4
