I can only give out one word, Highway Robbery. I'm literally going to lose all my gear weapons when Shadowkeep drops just because of this. -100 on Silver. I don't even purchase Silver, I don't have money like that to even begin with. It was just there as part of the pre-order. 800 Silver it was, and because I didn't use it, it was ripped from me. I didn't care, but this I highly disagree with and why is it like that? I am very angry, if this does not get resolved somehow I want my money back, no joke. I don't care how it is if Bungie doesn't really do refunding - I want it back. Base game and DLCs, PS4's purchases too. I'm done playing around, please resolve this. EDIT: Even better, remove Silver entirely. You're already separated from Activision, don't make it worse.
