It's obvious now that with 30 second ability cooldowns come shadowkeep the ohk abilities of warlock and titan are going to become a problem. Instead of nerfing them, lets just even out the playing field by giving one to hunters, and by that i mean make throwing knife a ohk to the head. It's by far the hardest to use because it requires relatively precise aiming unlike shoulder charge or handheld supernova. Or you could even make tempest strike a ohk because of how tedious it is to activate. Nerfing handheld supernova and shoulder charge will only make titans and warlocks start crying rivers but crucible isn't going to be much fun when us hunters get stomped on by these abilities every 30 seconds.
