You have gun problem. This is because as a nation, you’ve thrown out the Ten Commandments, and that’s left a generation without a measuring rod of good and evil. Thoughts and prayers are with any Christians involved in this lunacy.

Gun problem? Nah. It's a mental health problem. And I love you Christians, but I'm not going to change how I've lived my life for some guys on the internet. If that means I'm wrong, and I'm going to hell for all eternity, that sucks, but that's my mistake.

1 답변We have an access-to-guns problem. We have a lack-of-access-to-mental-health services problem. We have a cultural problem that the majority wants to ignore. We have a political problem in that we have a major party that has been playing footsie with ugly elements in our society now for the last 50 years....and a sitting President that is actively inciting this kind of stuff with his childish, irrepsonsible rhetoric.

The Ten Commandments aren't going to stop shootings. Nothing will. The guns are already here, and there's so many in circulation, there's no way the government could possibly seize them all even if they wanted to. To make matters worse, we're all stressed to the max, inadequately educated, overworked, underpaid, and sitting at home on the internet isolated from most people. Mental illness isn't taken seriously either. A lot of these people usually drop hints about what they're going to do beforehand, and usually nothing is done to stop it before it's too late. A Christian shariah law style theocracy isn't going to make things better, it would make things worse. Our personal freedoms are becoming more restrictive as it is, so we don't need a cult governing us with their arbitrary laws that don't work in today's world. But if you want to put band-aids on bullet wounds (pun somewhat intended), feel free to keep dreaming buddy.

1 답변I think guns are fine. Yes there could be some things that could be done but if they completely outlaw it, then it still wouldn’t stop shootings.

9 답변Ah so you think that gun rights are bad? "There is a time for peace and there is a time for war" Ok so if you get your dictator wish and guns are takin away, so you not realize that it is the person who is evil, not the gun? The evil people will then go to knives, then to cars, homemade explosives, except here s the thing, people with guns who are in the good side will use them to good extent, there have been many women who didn't get ra ped because they owned a gun, people have stopped killers that could have killed many people. God was with our Founding Fathers when they made the second Amendment. And also, the same people who say "take away guns" are the same people who have takin down the 10 commandments in our schools. So maybe you should talk about that instead of taking away something that keeps people safe

6 답변We don't have a gun problem. We have a love problem. https://bible.com/bible/111/mrk.12.28-31.NIV
One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?” “The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” Mark 12:28-31 NIV
Please cease the legalism of the Judaisers. Paul already warned against doing such in his epistles. I encourage that you read them.

3 답변작성자: albinomachina 8/4/2019 8:01:43 PMMost of the people that are doing these mass shootings consider themselves good ol' God fearing American conservative Christians. But we can't blame all of Christianity for the actions of a few nut jobs. Unlike Islam, because everyone knows the few people that kill in it's name are representative of the entire religion. But, when a "Christian Conservative" mows down a room full of first graders or a few dozen people trying to buy groceries with their kids they're a "lone wolf."

15 답변작성자: Liam_the_Censor 8/4/2019 5:09:12 PMYou pray only for the Christians and not for the others as well? I, as a Christian, ask why? Why do you not pray for those who are not in Christ? Also, the problem isn’t guns, it’s a culture of people seeking attention and who have turned from God.

2 답변It's like I've said before. Eventually all faith in God will run out just as it has been many times before in biblical times. What does God do then? Cleansing.
