Cannot Access Tribute Hall Bounties
On two characters, I cannot start the Tribute hall quest, and have no access to the bounties when visiting Tribute hall. Both characters have completed base game, and one has completed forsaken. I made a new character recently, and they were able to access the quest step despite not completing the base game. can I do to fix this?

To access the Tribute Hall characters need to be level 50 and have completed the Forsaken campaign including unlocking the Dreaming City. If you feel one or more characters meet this criteria then please link to a screenshot of that character’s milestone blade in the Director just to verify.
