Lol. Because most PvP players aren't looking for a challenge. They want to pub stomp/crush blueberries. Its a fact and anyone arguing against SBMM is absolutely admitting it. I see these excuses all the time: "Sometimes I just wanna go into QP and relax, unwind." Why? I thought you were looking for a challenge? You basically wanna pubstomp and dump on noobs/casuals. Or.... "Nobody wants to sweat all the time." Same deal. The only PvP players arguing against SBMM are the stat boosters and mediocre players that can't compete at the top so they jump into QP to pubstomp for a little K/D warm fuzzy.

Because they lack the first part..."Skill". They cheese and mod to higher ranks and in doing so they can no longer compete with the players who should actually be that rank. Then they pay for a higher level player to play on their toon so they can be rewarded. D2 season 1 PVP needs to return.

1 답변because if they get matched against similar skilled players they dont win as often. so they prefer the the ez winstreak.

I see validation on both sides of the argument. One doesnt want to play in a sweat fest every game and one doesnt want to be consistantly face rolled. There is no middle ground for this scenerio unfortunately. You don't see it as bad in bigger shooters due to their player pools and pvp only loadouts across the board, as they are only pvp games. There are no pinnacles, exotics and no stop gaps in the grind to unlock them. You just level said weapon or class and it happens concurrently. If Bungie invested in dedicated servers and separated pvp from the base game...it could work. Until then, enjoy what you can. Eventually, the good players will chase away the casual players and they will end up in sweaty games regardless because it will be all that's left. It's kinda where the game as a whole is heading to in the future.

14 답변작성자: Haunter 7/23/2019 10:36:04 PM1. Why should you be entitled separate matchmaking because you cant compete? Every game has been this way from halo to cod to titanfall to fortnite. The better you are the higher chance you'll be at the top of the leaderboard. Rewarding and incentivizing getting better - something that sbmm completely removes as theres no desire to get better when it simply "rewards" you with better opponents. May as well stay bad. 2. You already have playlists with sbmm. LMFAO if you think you're getting all of pvp. Pretty astonishing that lower ranked players think all pvp playlista should or will revolve around them. Dont like non-sbmm? Dont play social, it's that simple. You wont be pandered to across the board. End of story. Also the "scared" excuse is hilarious. Top tier run comp to 5500, they play thier peers there. They play playlists like banner or rumble or rotating that have sbmm, they play thier peers there. They run qp and have the same chance to match thier peers or even betters as you do. They arent afraid at all, they are willing to play EVERYONE and ANYONE. Its YOU who's scared of better players lmfao, you want separate matchmaking by virtue of fear - stay frightened if you want but calling other afriad makes you a laughingstock.

1 답변Because the lag is ridiculous, you only have to see how bad iron banner is. I think everyone would be up for sbmm if there was dedicated servers. It just doesn't won't currently on their hybrid servers

3 답변Main reason: They don't want to see their stats fall, which is what would happen if they played people at their skill level. You have to remember, these are people who have never been good at anything in their entire life. They got picked last for kickball at school. Their only significant relationships are with their clanmates and they took their Xbox as a date to prom. They live in their parent's basement despite being in their thirties and currently have 10+ tabs of weird catgirl porn open in Firefox.
I don't really think this and I'm just kidding... but if the shoe fits...
Some people have marginal connections....and would genuinely sacrifice some degree of enjoyment in order for the game to remain playable. Most people like to win, but don't like the stress of actual competition. So they want the game to provide them with a succession of weaker players to beat up on. Either for ego reasons (sweaties) or for business reasons (streamers and content creators).

7 답변작성자: Freak 7/23/2019 10:38:15 PM
Because they are SCARED!!!!!!!! 😂
Because it only rewards potatoes... Wonder why only potatoes want SBMM? Most of us don’t want it because we’ve been there, done that and don’t miss all the rubber banding. SBMM and P2P do not mix. You can have your opinion just like I can have mine. Only bots wish for SBMM. It’s also why they won’t improve.

The main reason is with cbmm you get quality. some games are easy. Some games are hard. You never know who you will face, but you do know the quality of the game will be high. Also, as you progress in skill, matchmaking times stay the same. With sbmm, because there are fewer and fewer players at higher skill levels, it takes longer and longer to find a match.
-
Because then streamers and elite players also have to play sweaty matches. They just want easy games to show off on their streams. That's why they play on other people their accounts a lot. But what's skill in this game? Sometimes an opponent in crucible dies normally in 3 headshots while another opponent in the same game takes 2 clips to the head and still hasn't lost his shield. SBMM only helps when every opponent has the same connection. So I think we need dedicated servers a bit more first.

That's Bartle taxonomy of player types, 1996, once again. People who are against SBMM are player-killers, they don't like equal competition ("it makes every match to sweaty", that's their own words) and for the same reason they don't like fighting each other. They like easy wins. And if devs allow them to behave like that without any limits, it inevitably leads to the death of the game: if they "prey" on other players too much, these other players find the game not fun and leave it, then killers don't have anyone to kill anymore and leave the game too. Result: no players.

4 답변Because I want PvP to be fun? SBMM would turn everything into a sweatfest, which is why we asked them to remove it in the first place, did we not?

Because the good players will have to play each other, instead of the shitty players. I have a screenshot of one of my games, I had 50 defeats and lost by 51 lmao, this was awhile ago but the point holds. I had one the other day, 40 defeats and lost by 25+, no-one else on my team had double-digits. I'm now just committing suicide over and over to farm tokens, I'm #1 & #2 in my state!
