You're either oblivious or stupid. There is not a single Titan in Crucible that doesn't use One Eyed cuz of how good it is. Yes I'm speaking hypocritically because even I use it, why? because it's there. I mained Titan prenerf One Eyed and I still think this thing should be nerfed again. It's not fun
