SUPERS IN CRUCIBLE
How long is it going to take until supers in crucible are addressed? Since the beginning of destiny 2 supers have been nearly unstoppable free kill buttons and it is seriously annoying. Super armor needs to be SIGNIFICANTLY toned down, and durations need to be reduced. Why in the world does the bottom striker shoulder charge attack return more duration than it consumes? Literally what? Why can every super tank a sniper shot?
I watched D1 gameplay today and I miss babying roaming supers with bad awareness with a shotgun melee point blank. I miss when supers lasted a reasonable amount of time. When hitboxes on attacks werent the size of Alaska. Please bring all of this back for d2, or at least add a no supers mode in the crucible for those who don’t need a free 10+ kills per game.
Edit: Funnily enough my friend who was a D1 sweat that hadnt touched the game since forsaken until tonight got on and we played a couple quickplay games, and the first thing he noticed was “why do supers last so long now”

3 답변But... that’s what supers [i]are[/i]. They’re [i]supposed[/i] to make it easier to kill things. I mean... what do you [i]want[/i] here? “Tickle” and “free hugs” abilities? After reading all of these PvP complaints all I can assume is that players want supers taken out of PvP altogether.

All Supers should be a one-shot headshot with a sniper, and a one-shot shotgun/melee kill. This changed because kids came into these forums crying about getting killed out of their Supers. I do think that Supers should get a strong armor shield upon activation, but only for a second. The armor they currently have in crucible is just absurd.

1 답변They have said that all roaming super damage resistance is getting a decrease come shadowkeep but haven't elaborated further than that yet

2 답변I would be fine with supers no longer generating orbs in PvP. Nerfing duration and such would affect both PvE and PvP which will then cause a giant sh!t storm.

3 답변im sooo good look at my kd, i did the bottom tree arc super twice and got 15 kills, im so guud at destiny pvp. I also have a shotgun.

5 답변Or... How about they make supers like specialist weapons in Black ops 3 and 4. For those that aren't aware, you don't get any extra armour/health in those games when you use your super ability.
