Is it possible to report someone without using ingame report so i can provide proof of someone DDOSing teams or network manipulating to get empty matches?
As the title says i have proof of a player jumping around 3000 glory by loading into a empty match after empty match with his 4stack, but ingame report function doesnt allow for any file attachment. Any advice how to report along with evidence is welcome.

Nope use the ingame function so players can continue to cheat. I would give an example but then I would get banned for name and shaming people so yeah. Lets just say some players, not gonna name them, but some players have been cheating since destiny 1. So good luck having anything get done about cheaters.
