I have seen a lot of really good looking fan made armor sets and weapons. Bungie should post like a poll or something asking the community what they want to see in game. Or have a competition. Armor could be cosmetic ornaments (giving the creator a percentage of sales and ablity to name items), weapons could be quests.
Edit: I mean come on dude:

Edit:
Just got this link from a player.

And another player brought up a good point
Their own in house staff or paid voice actors do not get an on going percentage. Bungie, like most studios pay their in house staff to design stuff as it is more cost effective and their actors are paid a base rate based on project.
So that brings me back to the contest. Creators create and the community as a whole votes on the winners. Winners win idk a cash prize, a trip to bungie, etc idk. Maybe a percentage won't work, but like I said there are a lot of talented artist and I'd love to see their stuff in game. Some of these players do the stuff for free and get it put on creations anyway. I bet they'd love to see their stuff in the game. Wish I could ask them what they'd like to see happen. Instead I got trolls (not referring to the quote) saying whatever to get a reaction.

There prize would be having there loot in the game.. bungie wouldnt do that and give someone money. Which having your own loot in the game would be pretty frickin sweet to be honest. Warframe does stuff like this, vanity items made by users in the game, and even player made enemy types were put into the game. It would be really cool if bungie took sometime to hold a contest to really honor there creative players and put some player made loot into the game.

Sadly, bungie isnt as good a team as the folks behind monster hunter games. Bungie could never ask for community created stuff, cause they dont care about the community. Really cool works and suggestions. But bungie are too stuck up their own asses as they have been since the release of halo 2. No joke. They haven't changed one bit. Ridiculous.

They could have it where every month or 3 weeks there will be a contest for these creators with maybe 5-10 winners every month, afterwards, the winners will have their items implemented in game, whoever wins 1st place will be automatically rewarded the item via postmaster when it is released, not only will this give a steady flow of items and content but also allow bungie to work on different things while the community builds items

One of the best and most popular weapons in all of MHW is one made by a fan that they won by a design contest hosted by the Devs. I would've to see something like this done in Destiny 2 but popularity gets you everything so I don't trust it to be a fair contest.

NO i think you are wrong place buddy go and post this warframe forums because this kinda shit belongs there..

작성자: Dark Raven 2501 7/18/2019 10:57:27 AMAs much as I would like to see gear that is designed by players I think that bungie is not ready for that level of intensity or as one person put it “ the destiny community has too many lofty ideas “ 😏

Cool looking concepts, I really doubt Bungie would make any of them worth while though. They can buff Sturm/Borealis/Hard Light/Mida etc. all they want but I’m still never going to use them. A lot of exotics ATLEAST 2/3 should just be forgotten about and bring in cool ones like the concepts in original post.

I'd rather zip my pants all the way up with my peeper sticking out than ever look at that again

No. 2 words Legal Copyrights. It's far easier to hire someone as staff to design armor than it is to track a fan artist down to sign away/licence design from them.
