I'm talking mainly in the crucible where I'll get disconnected from most of my matches and the ones I am in everyone and everything is "loading" in. Like things are just transparent. And then there is other activities, when loading into a new area, it is common to get stuck in a loading screen for a short time but ever since the recent maintenance I have been getting trapped in the loading screens.
