If you find yourself stuck in a loading screen or in spectator mode etc, try opening your pursuits tab and see if a completed bounty pops up. These completed bounties not properly registering seems to be one of the major issues with loading times or being stuck. Skip to 00.39 to see the pursuits open and bug 'fixed'. Was going to see how long it lasted, but got bored.
