Hello Bungie,
Many thanks for suspending 1 of my sons accounts this evening, giving a piss poor excuse of bad internet.
Unfortunately, punishing us for poor internet is NOT an excuse.
NOT repeat NOT every county’s internet standards are the same and banning the account for 2 months is unjust based on internet standards.
Again, you have really not thought this very well and regardless of the fact your form of not providing a direct contact email shows again poor form to your subscribers.
You previously banned his and his brothers account for 2 weeks stating internet complaints, well send them to us direct don’t just say you’ve had complaints as we can only take your word for this.
Again, NOT every country’s internet has the reliability as others and to restrict his account for 2 months is unfair and unjust.
I’ve read your terms of use and I wish to add you state you WONT reinstate any restrictions, very big brother of you and your firm and obviously a way for you to hold power to a game that you want to promote and grow, well thank you again but once the account is reinstated we will close the account and you can bash the game right up where the sun don’t shine!!

작성자: TheArtist 7/12/2019 1:05:59 PMLetting your sons play online multiplayer games with poor internet ruins the experience of other people who are paying to play the game....and gives them an unfair advantage. Someone with a good connection? The game can accurately position them in the game. and have them take damage properly from momen to moment. Someone with a bad connection? The game has to try to GUESS where they are and whats going on because information is being lost....or is arriving too slowly. So your son's character turns into this teleporting, rubber-banding, may-be-i'll-take-damage-and-maybe-won't, PHANTOM that is crazy-making to try to play against. While he gets to play against people who move through the game and take damage properly. Which is why---so often----people with bad connections are often the winners. Because their bad connection gives them an unfair advantage, in addition to ruining the enjoyment of others. Its sounds like Bungie has given you multiple warnings and suspensions over this. If you are in a situation where you can't upgrade the internet to something appropriate, do the right thing--the RESPONSIBLE THING---- and stop letting your kids play this game's multiplayer.

작성자: Kemaleon 7/12/2019 2:54:18 PMA 2 month ban means no one payed attention to the previous warnings, playing online when you know your connection isn't good enough is not fair on everyone else in the game. This is all in the terms of service and is common sense. Now if its got this far then either: A) your connection is awful, there are plenty of other things to do in the game besides Crucible. B) your kids are deliberately manipulating the network to gain an advantage and are not being honest with you about it. C) your connection isn't that bad but perhaps you aren't making the most out of it. Get the kids off of Wifi, get their devices connected vie ethernet cable and follow the Network troubleshooting and Portforwarding guides on here and Portforward.com to set your router up to minimise NAT issues and other problems. Be aware of when they play and make sure no one in the house is running torrents, and try to keep any unnecessary streaming down when they play. Contact your ISP and demand better, ask for line tests and tell them you get disconnected regularly. You're paying them, make them earn it. Coming here, of all places, and shouting off about the problem won't get you very far. If you need any clarification of what I said and why or any other advice then feel free to ask, I'll help if I can. (41 year old father of 2 sons, over 10 years networking experience) Good luck.

1 답변Your poor internet connection negatively impacts the game for the other people you're playing with/against. By removing players with a poor connection, they improve the game for everyone else, which although you may not like it, is a very good way to promote and grow their game.

1 답변Unfortunately not having a stable or strong connection results in a negative impact on the game for other players, and as a result any restrictions or bans handed out for it are completely justified and reasonable. Also when you bought your kids the game they or you had to accept this little agreement at the front in which Bungie said they have the right to ban you at any time and without reason given. They told you right out this was something that could happen and someone on your end agreed. Doesn't matter if you complain or not about it, but the only way to resolve this sort of thing is to get a better or at least more stable internet. Yes, this isn't an option for everyone and it doesn't seem to be for you either, but that's the way it is. Also very mature of you at the end there. Have a good one.
