When I’m reloading my sniper after picking up ammo, instead of changing from 2/2 to 4/0, it goes to 2/0. I was using an armor piece with sniper scavenger and beloved of that helps any. It happened multiple times before I realized what the issue was. Edited: My mistake, sniper had drop mag and I didn’t notice when trying to figure out the issue. Disregard this post.
