GIVE TITANS A PURPOSE IN PVE
Titans cant do anything that hunters and warlocks cant do themselves and its making the demand for titans in high end activities (pve) decrease. Maybe give the bubble its perks that used to make it good like weapons of light and blessing of light. There is currently no reason to play titan over the other classes in pve. Make titans more than deadweight in pve.

Instead of having 3 perks dedicated to defensive strike in protector, have all three in one. Give grenades for Protector a taunting effect, that forces enemies in the blast radius to attack the Titan while simultaneously reducing damage the Titan takes from these enemies. Have Ward of Dawn able to be fired out of from those within. Helm of Saint-14 cause it to enhance grenade/ability CD and reload speed of all within it, in addition to its overshield effect. Finally, damage taken reduces CD of defensive strike and grenades. The Sentinel Shield super trades a shield toss for a taunt similar to grenade. Blocks scored immediately as an incoming attack lands restores health/shields(like stronghold with swords). Without the perks from aggressor or commander, Sentinel Shield is a very low-damage super, so there is no concern about Protector putting out too much damage. It's entirely defensive oriented at that point. Overall, this would make Protector a true "tank" in Destiny 2, where there are "healers" (Warlock) and "DPS" (Hunters.) I like bubble titan in theory, but in practice, it's pretty useless in most areas of the game. People will bring up where it's awesome, but fail to see it in the bigger picture; it only appears awesome in these areas because it's so useless everywhere else. It's mediocrity looking like shining gold in a sea of trash.

It’s been months now and they haven’t address the uselessness for the bubble. It’s sad to because the bubble was so good in D1 but still has so much potential but they don’t care. Look at the other subclasses too like burning maul and thundercrash nobody is using them much.

Bubble is still useless. If you need a bubble not to die at Gahlran or Heroic menagerie you suck. Idiot was dropping bubbles on top of the well at the heroic menagerie boss yesterday thinking he was being helpful. Banner shield has its place I guess but yeah Titans are useless and they're the worst class. If they didnt screw the power drops I'd easily have 1 hunter and 2 warlocks or vice versa.

1 답변If you have a team that knows what's going on Banner Shield with Ursa Furiosa is good. This provides damage protection, weapon empowerment and generates orbs. Not a no-brainer like Well but can work.

1 답변Simple answer: Give Titans an “instant” one-shot projectile super. Each Titan subclass has redundant subclass paths that offer little to no additional benefits from using them.

3 답변Current purpose is to look like noobs. No offense to my titan mains but since I’ve got back on every time I’m in a public event guess who’s not making them heroic or putting tier 1 in the well. Or in shattered throne final kill just jump around rather than killing incaru in 30 seconds. If you guessed titan you are correct. Tbf they are op in crucible imo. Shoulder charge is a bit excessive and fist seem to last long enough to wipe enemy team twice.

I have mained a Titan since Destiny before VoG, in other words since the beginning, but thanks to dying a thousand deaths in the Zero Hour fans (worlds worst jumper here) I [b][i]finally[/i][/b] switched to maining my Warlock, which for at least the last year I have ran much more successfully with then my Titan. Over the past year is proven to be just a big dumb oaf which 'may', if under the right conditions, punch something, knee something, throw hammers and pop semi-useful bubbles. RIP my once beloved Titan - Long live the Warlock! You are so lost without your scout rifles and/or autorifles and powerful super you lousy wussy Titan you!

4 답변Titans definitely need some love in PvE. I loved running Skullfort with Code of the Missile. I could get my super real fast, but it would do shit for damage. A buff to thunder crash would be really nice. I’ve been running peregrine greaves with melting point lately. The melee does a lot of damage to bosses and applies the debuff for my teammates to do damage.

Titans got pretty shafted in the super department for D2. If it takes one single game mechanic to make an entire subclass finally useful for one single week after a year and a half; something needs to be looked at and addressed.

DT titans were better and had stronger melee. They got the major nerfing in D2 not as much fun at all. At this rate in D3 Titans will just carry the gear for warlocks. They are not beefy damage wise(save one build) and are not that resilience. Their melee while not running is Ignorable. old bubble over shield went to locks as did the blessing of light(ward of dawn DPS). I look forward to being a pack mule in d3 fellow guardians. Peace \

I chosen to main a titan, because i love tanking in other mmo games. At first titan had aspects of a tank. In D2 i run around as solar and just melee everything wearing pregrieves. Now i feel more useless than my ghost.
