An Alabama woman has been charged with Manslaughter after her unborn child died because she got shot.

Since the mother committed a crime by attacking another person, that person acted in self defense which killed an uninvolved innocent (shooting the attacker). Since Alabama considers unborn babies people with full rights (or whatever the correct term is), that means that the mother's crime lead to another person's death.

5 답변The crazinest thing is I heard a Republican State Senator discussing the abortion law before it was passed. One of the people on the panel brought up this very same scenario. The Senator responded "that's nothing but ludicrous fear mongering". Funny, doesn't sound so ludicrous now.
