Stop playing Iron Banner NOW - You are wasting your time!
Wow, just wow! The new Quest steps introduced for earning armour are near impossible!
At first I thought it was a good idea, after an hour or so the 1st quest was done and I claimed my boots. Another hour or so and I claimed my gauntlets. Five hours later yes FIVE hours later I am less than 10% complete on step three.
By my calculations that means it should take me 50 hours to complete this part of the quest! Oh well, its a good job crucible quests (like pinnacle weapon quests) complete account wide so once you unlock them on one character they unlock on all of them. WAIT, WHAT? The Iron Banner quests are unique to each character!!! So I have to do this THREE chuffin times???
Out of curiosity, anyone know what steps four & five are? Not sure I can be bothered to find out myself!!
Guess I am never going to have the time to unlock this gear so really, what is the chuffin point of Iron Banner? ANSWER - THERE IS NO CHUFFIN POINT!!!

2 답변Its supposed to be a season long quest, to be completed over multiple IBs. The problem is that the reward isn't worth the time investment. You're basically grinding for Y1 armor that has been updated to have perks.

4 답변If we get some sort of grenade and melee buff for all but titans (shoulder charge has to make that step not too bad) then this wouldn’t be so bad. I like that it takes time but the armor should be a bit more special. Maybe perks that nothing else has. Either way I’ll try, but not going to grind for it!

The only time I enjoyed IB was D1. Now it is totally S**t in D2. Stacked teams from lfg. Be 1.3/1.5 kd. Have this and that weapon. No a Stupid quest to do to get recycled gear with extra perks. Are u kidding me. Are we suppose to play control because to me it's like were just playing clash instead all the time. Obviously bungie isn't learning from their mistakes here. Revise how u did IB and how it was more successful without al this requirement bullshit from tryhards and other problems and fix ur pvp.

There’s no use complaining, because I seriously doubt it will be changed within the week. However, for those who complete this quest within this first week I believe a reward is in order, like the “Heavy as death” emblem

8 답변작성자: ImOuttaGum 6/20/2019 11:56:39 AMthe new quest is better at trying to slow down progress to those with fireteams vs solo's BUT personally after coming back to destiny 2 from just before the dlc release, I find pvp is just a mess. a big difference between those using some what standard guns vs recluse/mountain top combos. iron banner is mostly made up of GL spam with recluse clean ups and its very hard to counter if you prefer not to abuse that exotic shotgun we wont name. iv been one shot by mountain top many many times with certain helmets and classes giving wall hacks its hard to counter trying to recover hp to fight back. whats the best way to counter? just run away and iron banner at least for me has turned into a running simulator. i even tried using huckleberry an "exotic" smg to counter recluse..bad idea. out ranged by everything else and out dps by recluse. fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun

i cant tell if youre a hunter or lock main but only locks have trouble with melees take it from a lock a hunter has the mobility to dance around while meleeing and if by some miracle a titan survives going in for a charge theyve go it

8 답변You do realize that it states that “as a team” which means that all you need it a couple of shoulder charging titans and your melees are done right? Grenade kills are not hard, warlock hand held super nova, hunter swarm or arc scattered, and Titan lighting grenades in corners. Not hard at all.

6 답변My only issue is I’ve earned this gear year one.....Bungie made it obsolete...and here I am grinding for it again. This crap is getting old. I’d be ok with it if it were new gear. Same ‘ol...never gonna change. Keep buying games?

Yea getting the grenade final blows is a -blam!-, got the super and melee done pretty easy but grenade is not even 50% yet... Normally I'll run all 3 characters through IB in the week but dunno if I'll even get 2 done 🤔??? The armour is pretty cool though 😎👍

1 답변Wouldn't be as bad if there weren't sword and melee kill portions in the middle of the instant kill Lord of Wolves meta on PC and console right now.
