West Coast Error Code Issues - No Twitter Response
@BungieHelp Can you guys address the Chard / Hyena / Elderberry that is obviously happening on the west coast. There has been a lot of commentary on social media that the error codes are still occurring. Mostly this is during load screens, both from orbit or on planet.

4 답변EST here. Haven't been able to get into the game since the Opulence update. Game consistantly freezes up after Guardian selection. The graphics flicker on & off. Destiny 2 is the only game that does this to me. Everything else I play runs smooth. I've un/reinstalled countless times now. Done a full reset on my xbox . Wired connection. Nothing works. Plz help

We stuck with nightingale error in Belgium, gets stuck on, checking for updates: failed to download configuration files from bungie servers I can 100% tell you that the problem is not on our end since i'm not the only one. Please fix

Spectrum/charter isp Same here ,been experiencing the same thing on the west coast since friday, been getting error code elderberry when loading in to the tower and hyena when trying to load into planets this is annoying as shit, spectrum is the internet plague of the west coast 😠😒

2 답변West Coast Charter/Spectrum User here, got the game Thursday night and was trying to be raid ready by the end of this weekend and I haven’t been able to even get to my character screen with error code: chicken for the past 18 hours..

6 답변작성자: JeepnPaWill 6/9/2019 7:13:16 PMStart calling Charter/Spectrum’s help desk. I just did and they told me that if enough people call in with same issue, it gets posted to their issues board and the Network techs will become aware of the problem and work to resolve it.

Having the same issues, but mine it doesnt even let me get to the character screen before it boots me and gives me error code "chicken". This error code is wrong because I can load into eu servers and get to the character screen and then not let me travel anywhere. Then if I try itll give me "elderberry"

Same for me. chicken,Hyena, elderberry... when I'm signing in to destiny is says that its contacting servers before bringing up my characters. once i get my characters loaded i can only go to match made activities no pve sites, i luckily got to the tower once. I deleted and reinstalled the game but the problem persists.

1 답변Been having these issues since mid afternoon yesterday. The game lets me load into orbit, but I can only do crucible and strikes. Can’t get to tower, planets, etc. Frustrating!

1 답변Been having same issues ELDERBERRY and HYENA: West Coast Charter/Spectrum ISP Crucible Only available, no landing zones As another user mentioned, connecting through a VPN worked for me as well. I signed up for and am using NordVPN Hope this helps until spectrum figures it out.
