Eververse and D2 are as bad as all the other greedy POS slimebag games now
We now only earn new stuff through direct purchase.
It was sold to us as a way to give the player more choice, which is even slimier.
So now, the new Eververse loop is to get crap, break it down into bright dust, and direct purchase a limited menu of items (which promotes FOMO, and is despicable). OR just spend irl money to buy whatever you want.
Make no mistake, instead of earning things we now just purchase things from a vending machine.
-blam!- you Bungie. -blam!- everyone who spends irl money on this shit. You are ruining video games. Instead of proper content we get credit card simulator.
This game is less fun and less rewarding because of this shit. We get hundreds of items in the ol’ loot shop each season, and only about a dozen new weapons, if that.
To those who don’t understand the real issue, it’s that a stupid cosmetic vending machine is the star of the show, and it sucks. I’m not poor, I’m not 12, mom doesn’t buy my games, etc. Save your insults. This is 100% about video games being shit because of this nonsense.

If you expect a game like destiny to take off with nothing to fund it then you truly have no idea how business work and only a child expects things go the way they want. If you can't have the patience and time to earn stuff then you definitely don't deserve them and if you believe the store should just go away and make everything free you are delusional and spare me the soap opera of i spent bla bla bla on this and that;we all did. Buying the game does not entitle you to everything.

I agree with you. We are heading in the loot box direction to an alarming degree. We haven’t broken the pay to win threshold yet so I think you should calm down a bit and give some negative feedback without expletives. We need to be rational and intellectual about this if we are to make a change. We do need to voice this to make sure it doesn’t go too far. The last thing we need is a battlefront 2 situation. I just hope maybe they keep a cosmetic format with Destiny 3 being free. That model could make it. Here’s to hoping.
