The Pursuits page looks like a jumble because it's still following the left to right logic of where it used to be. In the old Pursuits tab the ROWS were LONGER than the COLUMNS. In the new Pursuits tab the ROWS are SHORTER than the COLUMNS. If the sorting logic organizes bounties top to bottom instead of left to right there will be a much higher chance of related bounties appearing next to each other rather than scattered middle, right, left, etc. I could edit an image in Photoshop but any graphic or UI designer should understand what I mean
