As someone who almost exclusively solos through Destiny, I just use the fireteams feature when I reach something I either can’t realistically solo, or just don’t feel like it. Soloed my way through the Wish Ender quest, soloed the adapted Corrupted strike for Malfeasance. Got Whisper in a random two man team (after one guy got frustrated and left early), then soloed the catalyst over the course of many weeks. Got Outbreak (and am 60% through getting the catalyst w/o the puzzles) with the app. Even got Izanagi the first week it was available by using the fireteams feature, and I was lucky I found two patient players as I don’t use a microphone (there was an excessive amount of pantomime involved). You can do it too! I don’t do raids though. Gross. too many people... scary / (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)
