For all those players who can't raid because they're solo or all the LFG post are made up with "HAVE 15+ CLEAR OR BE KICKED" let's add some incentive for groups to take on sherpas. If there is a new raider in your group, every encounter drops one more piece of raid gear. This might also he a good way to make the gear farmable. You can get that extra chance over and over again as long as the run is a sherpa. I personally don't think people should need incentives to help out another, but it seems that ideology doesn't work in this game. This way, the solo community might start to feel welcome in the fireteam community.
