Haven’t Recieved Jubilant Engram Fix

Hello, I spent a good 50$ before the reset of the 7th of May, trying to get my last few items needed from Jubilant Engrams before the Revelry ended. Bought the Jade Rabbit Ornament Box and Ark Warlock Box and spent the rest of the Engrams not realizing we had a duplication glitch. So I wasted a good 40 to 30 bucks or so. Checked the forums to find out people are getting small fixes of a few engrams, but I still haven’t received anything. I hope it’s only taking longer for me to get the fix because I opened so many Engrams in the morning before reset. Would love some sort of update on my situation, thank you.
