Taken armaments secret nerf?

[/b][/quote] The armor mod [i]Taken Armaments[/i] is a staple for Reckoning runs. I used to solely run 1k voices and use grenades constantly to re-supply my heavy ammo. Every kill rewarded me with 2 rounds of 1k and I was able to do literally everything with the that combo. Only other places I have found this to work to this efficiency have been the full curse blind well, Last Wish raid, and The Reckoning. However, since hotfix/patch 2.2.2.2.2.2.2.2.2.2 I have noticed that I only get (1 round 1k) heavy every 2-4 kills and sticky grenades sometimes don't give heavy back at all. I do not remember what the mod's description was before the 2.2.2 update/hotfix/patch but it says that it has a [i]chance [/i]of rewarding heavy ammo. Okay, so now it works as intended but before it didn't? I am confused. Was there a patch note I did not read?
