Milestone/Powerful Rewards Dropping At-Level Again!
It's happened, yet again!
Gear and weapons are dropping at-level instead of 2-3 levels above after completing a Milestone like the Flashpoint or Daily Heroic Adventure.
Fix this, Bungie! It's getting tiresome that this is something that has to be brought-up once more.
