Wait a minute...why do you [i]care about this?[/i] if you take a bounty and complete it and don't turn it in [i]right now[/i] why is that a problem?
If I do the raid each time and am awarded a key and not use it, why is that a problem?
This doesn't affect [i]you[/i].
If I stack 5 keys in my postmaster on one character, that's [i]5 weeks[/i] of not getting a drop. That's the price the player pays.

We dont hand in keys, because we are already 700 and have everything. Holding these keys isnt hurting us. Its a few legendary shards. The prize is there LL when the dlc drops. Bungie didnt want us doing that with bounties. But left this loop hole. Say close it too.

They removed bounties. That will no longer work. Bungie didnt want it. This is the last exploit left. Fix them all or leave them all. Dont remove the others because its a problem and leave this. All or nothing. I want consistency.
