Shoulder charge is ass against players who have a slight sense of awareness. I'm assuming you're a bot, (I'll go check and be back with an edit). I use it as a mobility/juke mechanism. It's rare that I'll go slam someone with it.
EDIT: My prediction was entirely correct, you're a big ol' QP bot with over 2000 games played and a 0.9 K/D in QP. I'm just saying this because it's usually you guys who complain about something that isn't even an issue.
