Can we consider bringing back old locations from destiny 1 and raids
Dear bungie could you please make it possible to ring back old locations and planets from destiny 1 and raids to along with armor or at least make faction vendors let us chose a faction again like in destiny 1 where we could do bountys every day and rank up our chosen faction. Im a huge destiny 2 fan and have been around since destiny 1 on xbox and now play on ps4. Yours sincerely Melissa

To be honest ot both our and Bungie's fault. Bungie should have never made a destiny 2 and should have just charged $30-40 for dlcs and $60 for expansion ls and have an expansion every 2 or 3 dlcs and kept our progress from d1 as well as our stuff. Right now most of the crybabies and the d2 noobs doesn't want stuff from D1 because they don't want recycled content even though it should have been in d2 from the start. The fact that ungie started this live service thing just shows why D2 was a mistake and if they repeat the blow up your stuff and restart than they can expect backlash and well deserved backlash. No content and not enough time is no excuse for this game when you peeled apart content for a quick buck and said only new things would come. If by the off chance they do it the port should be absolutely free and people who played D1 should have there inventory and gear mirrored to D1. The people who didn't play D1 should not have to pay for any of the dlcs at all and deserve any and all the free stuff we got regardless of what platform you play on.

Idea... I would love to see the best from D1 put into D2! Happily pay good money for that. Didn’t get to experience raids from D1 and now I have a good clan of friends I’m keen to jump back in, but i don’t want to earn old loot on an old disk. Port D1 into D2 and then release D3 as a huge DLC on D2... but rebrand D2. Then we have all in one! Epic??

4 답변If you want to play D1 things, go back to D1 and play D1 things. Stop giving Bungie an excuse to sell us items and locations that we have already paid for. It's pathetic and unethical. We need NEW items and NEW locations, with innovation and creativity.

9 답변No. D1 content should stay in D1. If a player wants to go back and play the amazing content that was released, they can do so. Nothing is stopping them. The only issue I can see is PC players not being able to play them before. But, even then, that isnt Bungie's issue. That is THEIR issue. It is the equivalent to feeling entitled to all of the Modern Warfare maps in Modern Warfare 2, just because other people never experienced them when they came out.

Maybe make owning D1 a requirement? Have a bridge from D2 to D1 through the Infinite Forest? Or maybe just have a 2nd page to the navigator, and page 2 is D1? I miss the Siva encrusted Cosmodrome and the Temple of the Iron Lords. I miss my D1 weapons, armor, PvP maps, strikes, raids, etc.

작성자: GakMan 3/25/2019 7:02:36 PMI ran the mission to get Crota's soul yesterday in D1 (started a new character) and as I was there I looked around remembering that 1st Crota run when the DLC dropped with my old clan. (everyone had taken the day off work) I really got the urge to run that raid as well as VoG. Would love it if they remastered D1's content and combined the two games in the D1 format. The only thing in D2 I like better is being able to grab ledges.

Imagine if all of the D1 raids were remastered with the original and new encounters and the way to enter the raids is through the infinite forest on Mercury. Think of it , the Vex run different simulations of events, meaning different encounters to get to the boss or the encounters are in different order. Me personally, would love that. The D1 raids in the Infinite Forest with newer encounters with also the original ones

In a previous tweet made by a developer he had been asked how hard is it to bring back old content into d2 you know like weapons and armor. He said that it’s easier creativity wise as they aren’t making a whole new weapon but they do have to recreate texture and code all of that into the new d2 engine. That’s why they try to balance the flow of new content with old because bringing old content somewhat gets in the way of new stuff. So while I would love to return to the cosmodrome and Venus it would only stop the progress of new content that I’d rather have and am paying for. Not a hate comment seeing as I agree just trying to shed some light on their situation😀

*Wants NEW content by asking for OLD content to be brought back as NEW content*. I say no- this community told me when I wanted D1s 10 year plan to prowess and that I didn't want to regrind to go eff myself and play D1 for old content. So now I will only say that if they give us new content give us: 5 brand new strikes, (WITHOUT BOSS IMMUNE MECHANICS) 5 new crucible maps, (BIG MAPS) and 2 new raids. (1 raid like SotP, easy and fun- 1 raid like Last Wish, mechanical and fun).

작성자: Fly 3/25/2019 5:34:32 PMIf I were bungie and making a new 6-man matchmade activity for Penumbra this is what I would do: D1 raid redux on weekly rotation. Change the look of the raids, maybe have some parts of the rooms look like they are being torn through time similar to the effects in Infinite Forest.. all vexxed up. Maybe they can do it all taken-ified? Redo the enemies, change some mechanics so they work with d2's system. Make a unique armor set and some challenges or quests you have to finish for each raid redux that unlocks ornaments for that armor that has a fresh take on the theme of each raid. Even if you can't mix and match ornaments for each piece just do an ornament for each raid redux that makes the armor themed to that raid. That gives you the ability to customize your armor the way you like it. Full weapon set and a new exotic to grind for relating to it. It could easily fit with the story arc too, as they could be vex projections or taken realm projections. Yes, it's recycled content but it has a fresh spin on it and gives D1 players the nostalgia of getting to play the raids again while introducing D2 players to what D1 raids were like. I think that would really bring the heat in Penumbra. I mean I could go even further with this. New challenges for each raid redux that are tied to the ornaments. Freshen up the old challenges, put a spin on them and have 1 challenge for the redux in rotation available each week. That's quite the grind if you tally it up but it doesn't "feel" grind-y or repetitive. Hell they could even make a Prestige version of this activity where it's a boss rush with fresh mechanics. Something like the bosses are all tied together so it's not just beat one move to the next room. Jack it all up so it's something like break Aksis' shield and you get teleported into VoG 3 people in Mars, 3 in Venus to go through the oracles. Exiting the portal takes you to shade oryx. So on and so forth. I think it would be really frantic and fun. What do y'all think about something like this? Would you play this?

1 답변What I’d like to see brought back from D1 is all the crucible maps untouched, especially Widows Court. My Doctrine of Passing with counterbalance. My Defiance of Yasmin and finally my Titan armour, Twilight Garrison and Y2 Trials armour. I wouldn’t mind seeing Agility, Resilience and Recovery moved back into the subclass menu too.
