Network Manipulation
Someone I know is using Network Manipulation to get to 5500. If you were to look this man up all games are 0.0 K/D no one om the enemy team. He's on a 40-1 win streak if I knew how to post the games I would. Bungie please take a look into this. Won't say name because don't want people to harrass him.
