Petetion to rename enhancement cores to enhancement “chores”
Since they renamed the masterwork cores to enhancement cores because of a “misleading name” might as well give em a more accurate name

It’s not hard to get them. Pop Finest Matterweave before every strike or anything really and you will get one when you kill a high level enemy. Cash in all tokens and stuff to vanguard and crucible for the shards. Buy 2 codes a day from spider and do scrapper bounties when you get them. I found by dismantling a bunch of legendaries you have a high chance to get a couple here and there. Got 60 or so in the last week just playing casually. You can do it man

1 답변I think there’s a core concept really at play: Some are ok with pursuing cores whereas others want cores to be an item that just passively appears, like glimmer. The ‘other’ part sort of aligned with removing them. They are indeed chores.

2 답변Just make enhancement cores a normal reward, like you get one enhancement core every time you did a strike, or make it so enhancement cores have a large chance of dropping when completing a public event, and they are a guaranteed drop from heroic events,

I wish bungie would like take a sample size of everyone who have master worked their weapons to max while still having all their gears infused to max. I am not a hardcore player, I get on for a few hours daily, while I have been able to max out all my gear, I haven't been able to masterwork any of them and before I can begin the next season comes by and the infusion game begins again. Kind of dumb cause some of these weapons are awesome and sad that I would never get to masterwork them at the rate I get cores/the amount of hours I play. the infusion system needing planetary materials is awesome because it would make me go out and hunt for such stuff. If the enhancement cores were removed the infusion system would be spot on. I hope they do consider. I wanna be excited to infuse not struggle for the lack of cores.

5 답변Not sure how you even get an enhancement core. Apparently I need 4 and have no idea how to get one. Not to mention I have a few questions it's not really telling me where I need to go or even what map I need to be on to get quest done.

When you are just handed all the great rewards without having to work for them, what is there left to do? People who have more time to play the game need to have rewards they can work for. HOWEVER, I do sympathize though with others who have less time to grind, and I definitely feel the system could be adjusted to the benefit of more casual players without impacting hardcore players. Personally, I think a possible way to help fix enhancement cores is to make masterworking a weapon more of a graduated improvement. I do feel it's kind of stupid that weapons don't generate orbs of light until masterwork level 10, and it is just too big of a hurdle for players without much time to grind for cores. Here's what I propose: Masterwork level 1: 0% chance of orb of light on multikill Masterwork level 2: 3% chance of orb of light on multikill Masterwork level 3: 6% chance of orb of light on multikill Masterwork level 4: 10% chance of orb of light on multikill Masterwork level 5: 20% chance of orb of light on multikill Masterwork level 6: 35% chance of orb of light on multikill Masterwork level 7: 50% chance of orb of light on multikill Masterwork level 8: 65% chance of orb of light on multikill Masterwork level 9: 80% chance of orb of light on multikill Masterwork level 10: 100% chance of orb of light on multikill Obviously, these numbers are just examples. But, with this change, now players wouldn't need to acquire nearly so many enhancement cores before they could start to get the benefits. And people like me, who kind of like the grind, would still have something to work towards.

They fulfill a very common and very normal function for heavily loot-based games. They don't stop you from progressing, and you can complete all the content in the game without having to specifically farm for cores. If you're a player, like me, who loves to min/max, and if you also want a dozen sets of fully maxed out gear, you have to recognize that we're in the extreme minority of gamers and Destiny is going to require a grind to get there. You know, it used to be a badge of pride when gamers would have gear that everyone knew took a long time to acquire. The gaming community always understood that there's going to be some things that are only obtainable if you're willing and able to sink in the time to get them. Now it seems every game community gets filled with casuals who throw a fit if they can't easily obtain everything they want. Sorry, but just because you want it doesn't mean you're entitled to it.

Now that legendary in valor drops 10 every time again ill be fine honestly. If i could get a refund on the 6 resets i did this season before the fix I'd be one happy camper. I've goy 130aved up for next seasons leveling grind, so. Not super concerned, by the time i hit max light and start infusing all my gear ill have plenty more, but i know plenty of people not looking forward to the power lever raise just because of cores. So i understand the other side, i personally dont like the system because i would like to have more mw weapons, but i don't need them per say.

Yet the same people can't comprehend ([i]or refuse to[/i]) why people are leaving in masses on the daily.
