Adding quest reward exotics to the loot pool once obtained. This might have made sense with armour but as no exotic armour quests exist, they essentially made it so a weapon you already have, and can get from collections, has a chance to drop as loot. That kind of decision can only be made by a moron with zero understanding of the game.
