It's an RNG looter shooter. I mean... some people got gjhorn in D1 when he sold it in like week 2...... fast forward a year and a half of doing every raid 3x a week and the nightfall 3x a week every week and I finally got it my 120th crota clear. That's just the nature of destiny. I don't feel bad.
I don’t feel bad either, I eventually got gjallahorn the week before Xur sold it again during August the next year.
However with this many players agreeing there is a problem with RNG and are unhappy with it, I suppose Bungie should act. I suggest implementing a system where the more times you complete an activity (like a raid or dungeon) the higher the probability of receiving the items.
People thought gjhorn and ice breaker barely dropping was a problem. When in all reality chasing those weapons is what kept a lot of people playing.
PvE players wanted grind... they got it.... now they don't want grind... kind of makes you realize why bungie has no clue what to do with destiny when the player base doesn't even know what it wants from destiny.
PvP has similar problems. Bad players want everything nerfed while average to good players realize that's a major problem and not the way to go.. especially after seeing how terrible D1 became after bungie listened to the bad players..... but we're headed back down the nerf path again... and that's a shame.
