My son was born today
And we didn’t tell anyone his name until he was born. I figured the forums here would be a great place to announce his name because his name is Cayde :) so there is a cayde -7 now 😁😁
Thanks so much everyone for saying congratulations and good luck :) and yes some people may think it’s weird naming a kid after a video game character but everyone loves the name and it has great meaning to it. So I’m gonna enjoy every minute of his life :)
And also thanks for all the positivity and for the people who are being negative about this I really don’t care at all. My fiancé delivered 6 weeks early because of her health. This little guy is a fighter just like cayde was. So if you feel like you need to be negative about this go ahead cause all I know is that I’m happy :)

I hope he doesn’t get killed by an Emo in the future. In the meantime, congrats. People will probably bombard you for naming your kid after a video game character, but people do the same for movie characters all the time.

18 years from now your kid is gonna wonder why his name is cayde. I suggest you give him another reason other than being named after a video game character. Cause if I was named after a game character I’d probably request a legal name change ASAP. But other than that, congrats good sir.

3 답변Congrats :) If by chance this is your first child? It's one gift in life that is more precious than anything else and it will open up a new world for you that many good memories yet to come. The only advice I can give you is to enjoy every minute of it as much as you can, because they grow fast :)
