I just worked for the largest Internet monopoly in Canada for 3.5 years and have important information to provide since [b]Bungie will ban you from Crucible before you get a chance to fix it now that you got a warning.[/b] I can provide you with every explanation on how WiFi truly works and every solution possible before you try another match of Crucible. This system is NOT to fix the problem because WiFi is invisible radio waves interfered by dozens of things in your house and one try for your provider to fix it is a joke.... you can only fix something like WiFi by trial and error. You can’t fix an invisible problem with invisible factors that you can’t even confirm till after each try. I’d like to see a car mechanic that promises that they can instantly guess any problem with any car without EVER needing a second guess or ANY troubleshooting. If you can find one, then one warning to fix your Internet problems forever is fair. Until then anyone that even moves their damn microwave (or anything using radio waves) a few inches risks a ban unexpectedly too. [b][i]Your internet LITERALLY can stop working properly by someone in your NEIGHBOURHOOD setting up a new router that interferes with what your router GUESSES for settings by DEFAULT (Wireless Channel to broadcast on). Anyone blaming you doesn’t understand WiFi at all if they don’t know a strangers actions could have caused this without anyway for you to know till it’s too late.[/i][/b]
