I bought the full destiny on PC and my friend sent me the link for refer a friend but it won't let me confirm it because it says "Before you can confirm your Link, you need to Buy Destiny 2: Forsaken and Create a Character. Come back to www.bungie.net/referafriend when you are ready". My character is currently 450 light and level 45. I've had the game for less than 7 days. I don't understand what the problem is.
